Verkeerde produkt

Ik heb een réservoir opgestuurd gekregen ipv een olie flacon om in mijn stijltang te doen. Ik had juist 3 réservoirs besteld. Jammer want ik had er nu wel genoeg.
De olie was niet meer beschikbaar op de website. En de klantendienst zei dat ze mij er een ging opsturen.
