Do you need help placing an order?
In case you cannot complete your order, our customer service will gladly help you. We can advise and assist you with placing your order. Unfortunately, products that are not available on the webshop cannot be ordered. The status of my desired product is ‘out of stock’, how can I order this?
Our online shop shows the complete available range. When we receive new stock, all products will be immediately visible in our online shop. Unfortunately, we cannot supply products that are currently not available in our online shop. With a number of products it is possible to reserve these by means of the Pre-Order button with the product.
Do you want to place an order as a professional?
We have a special contact form for professionals. This only applies to companies for the beauty industry with a valid Chamber of Commerce and VAT number. We will contact you based on your contact request, after which you can order as a professional (prices differ from the consumer prices) at Max Pro X MOHI.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when you can complete your payment. We request that you follow Klarna’s instructions and not pay directly to Max Pro.
I have a discount code, how do I fill it in?
You can enter a discount code in the appropriate box at the bottom of your order overview. After filling in, don’t forget to click on “add” and check whether the code is actually applied. Some codes only work under certain conditions.
I received an error in my payment process, what should I do?
It is possible that not all fields are (correctly) filled in. Check if there are any marked fields to be filled in. Still not working after that? Please contact us at email@example.com or call +31 (0) 20 261 0907.
How can I see if my order/payment has been processed?
As soon as the order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you have any problems with completing your payment, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or call +31 (0) 20 261 0907. We will do our utmost best to resolve the problem.
After completing your order you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. You will also receive other developments regarding your order by e-mail. So make sure we have your correct email address.
How do I cancel or change my order?
