Shipping & Return
All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. Learn more about our shipping Policy under the heading ‘shipping’. We hope that you love your products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions have been met. You can register your return in the form below!
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands with an order value of less than €30 euros we use €6.95 shipping costs.
For orders within Belgium with an order value of less than €50 euros we use €9.95 shipping costs.
For orders above €50 euros in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Czech Republic, Vatican City & United Kingdom, no shipping costs will be charged.
For orders with an order value of less than €50 euros, shipping costs are charged for these countries. For the other countries, the following shipping rules apply:
Free shipping from € 100 euros: Andorra, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Sweden & Switzerland.
Free shipping from € 150 euros: Bouvet, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Indonesia, Israel, Kuwait, Malta, North Korea, Ukraine & South Korea.
When will I receive my order?
If you order before 22:00 on working days, your order will be shipped the same day and you will receive your package the next working day. Orders placed on weekends are delivered on Tuesday.
Do you live abroad? Then of course other delivery times apply. View the table below for an overview of the estimated delivery times.
What carrier ships my order?
All of our orders are shipped to you from the Netherlands by parcel carrier DHL. They ensure a safe and fast delivery of your order. For orders placed outside of the Netherlands, the carrier will automatically transfer to TNT.
What is the delivery time if I buy items that all have a different delivery time?
If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, we will only ship your full order when it is complete.
In which countries can I have my order delivered?

Please note: all products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, remain sealed and thereby unopened.
Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Is the product not satisfactory?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day
– on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the property.
– on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last good.
Of course you are not obliged to inform us about your decision to return the products, however we like to improve and your feedback could be of good use. This can be done in the form below.
Is the product defective?
If your Max Pro styling tool is defective, please contact our customer service through the form below. After purchasing your Max Pro straightener or curling iron, you will have 30 days after you receive your product to sign up for lifetime warranty. Max Pro offers a two year warranty on hair dryers, brushes and accessories. If you apply for the lifetime warranty for your straightener or curling iron, this means that we repair or exchange your product free of charge if it concerns a technical defect. If you have not registered in time or if it is not a technical defect and the product is broken by you, you can have the product repaired for an amount of € 29.95 or, if necessary, exchanged for a new item.
The shipping costs are shared. You can drop off the package with the defective hair styling tool at your own expense at a PostNL Service Point. We will send you the new or repaired styling tool free of charge.
Consequences of the return:
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to perform the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund.
We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of the return are for your account. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
