Exchange & Returns

1. THE HAIR STYLING TOOL IS NOT REQUIRED

If upon receipt the product is not as desired, you can exchange or return it to Max Pro. Please fill in the RMA form below (provided with a voucher and a statement of reason). Then you will receive our return form by e-mail.

There are a number of conditions for exchanging or returning your product at Max Pro: The product must be unused and be notified within 14 days of receipt of your package. Returns or exchanges that arrive later will not be processed. Shifts or returns are only accepted if the product is packaged in the original product packaging and is provided with a copy of the receipt / purchase receipt. Without proof, we are unable to process the return. After you sign up for our product with our customer service, you will receive a return form that will help you to return the item.

Packages can be delivered at your own expense at a PostNL Service Point. Keep the shipping receipt safe so you can always trace the product. The package falls under your own responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Upon receipt of your return package, you can expect your order again (if in stock) after one or two business days. If you have chosen 'return money'; Within two weeks of receipt, the costs of your order (including delivery costs) will be refunded. This also applies to sale items.



2. MY HAIR STYLING TOOL IS DEFECT

Is your styling tool defect? Please fill in the RMA form below (provided with a voucher and a statement of reason). Then you will receive our return form by e-mail. After purchasing your Max Pro hair styling tool you will have 30 days to sign up for your product for lifetime warranty. This means that we will repair or exchange your product free of charge. If you have not registered, and the purchase of your tool is longer than 2 years ago, you can have the product repaired for an amount of € 29.95- or exchange for a new item.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN 'SALES' PRODUCTS?
