By identifying customer needs, the products are continuously being developed and equipped with the latest technologies. Being a high quality brand also means having a good customer service. One of the unique selling points is the fact that you can register for ‘lifetime warranty’ after purchasing a Max Pro hair styling tool.

1.2 CERAMIC COATING, CERAMIC OR TITANIUM?

The plates are the most important parts of a straightener. Max Pro is a high quality brand and has only straighteners with 100% titanium or ceramic plates. These plates provide the correct heat guidance (each hair is provided with equal heat) and protect the hair by high temperatures of the plates. Straighteners with only a ceramic coating don't protect the hair like that. 

All the straighteners of Max Pro are featured with a negative ion technology. By nature, the hair contains positive ions. These are some kind of electrical charges that make the hair scales open. This creates fluffy hair. The negative ion technology brings the moisture balance back in the hair and eliminating the positive ions. Our straighteners make the hair soft and create a natural shine. The negative ions also cause the anti-frizz (less static) effect. Negative ions are being released during the straightning process. these close the hair scales and give a smooth and glossy finish. Besides giving your hair a beautiful glow it is also healther and makes sure your hair stays in place.

Max Pro's straighteners consist of 99.99% ceramic or titanium and 0.01% of tourmaline. Tourmaline, also called "tourmaline", is a finely ground rock that is blended with ceramic or titanium (declares the name: Ceramic Tourmaline or Titanium Tourmaline) in order to create even smoother results. Given the percentage, this substance is almost not worth mentioning and 100% ceramic or 100% titanium is always included in the product description. Ceramic and titanium straighteners are in a higher price range because they protected the hair optimal protection for hair styles.

What is better, ceramic or a titanium plates?

Ceramic plates are slightly softer, what makes the straightener cheaper than titanium straightener. Fine to normal hair types can have a very nice result with ceramic plates (see Max Pro's Gloss). Hair types with thick, stiff to crochet hair needs a straightener with titanium plates. Those plates are able to smooth the hair. Titanium straighteners are suitable for each hair type, because of that professionals mainly choose for the Max Pro Evolution and/ or STEAM by MOHI.

1.3 WHICH STRAIGHTENER DO YOU ADVISE ME?

To give you some advice, ask yourself the following:

  •           What is my hair type?
  •           What I want to achieve?
  •           With which regularity I will use the straightener

Hair types with fine to normal hair can achieve good results with ceramic plates (slightly cheaper) (see Max Pro's Gloss). Hair types with thick, stiff to crochet hair can better choose a titanium straightener. In fact, it has solid plates that, in contrast to the ceramic plates, are able to smooth the hair. As the titanium straightener are suitable for each hair type, professionals mainly use Max Pro's titanium straightener: Evolution STEAM by MOHI. With all Max Pro straighteners it is possible to curl the hair as well.

If you are going to use the straightener once a month, consider using a ceramic coating for a cheaper variant. 

1.4 WHICH CURLER DO YOU ADVISE ME?

To give you some advice, ask yourself the following:

  •           What is my hair type?
  •           What I want to achieve?

Max Pro's assortment consists of 5 different straighteners: Twist 18/9mm, Twist 19mm, Twist 25mm, Twist 32mm and the Miracle 5in1 (a curler with five different barrels). Each size barrel provides the hair with a different kind of curl. First of all, the length of your hair is important when choosing a curler. The smaller the barrel, the more suitable for short hair. The thicker the barrel, the more suitable for long hair. Hair types with fine to normal hair we recommend a small diameter curlers: Twist 18/9mm of Twist 19mm they creates small and firm curls. However, the average woman is preferred for a larger curl. The Twist curls with a diameter of 25mm en 32mm are therefore also the best-selling formats at Max Pro.

1.5 WHICH STRAIGHTENER DAMAGED THE HAIR AS MINIMUM?

All of the Max Pro straighteners are equipped with 100% ceramic or 100% titanium plates, which damage the hair as little as possible. Max Pro's STEAM by MOHI has additional hair care features that protects the hair against impacts from the straightener.

1.6 WHICH CURLER DAMAGED THE HAIR AS MINIMUM?

The average curler curls the hair in 20 seconds. Max Pro's Twist curls the hair in 3 seconds. This causes the hair to be exposed to the heat of the curler for a minimum period of time, which should prevent damage. In addition, you start with hair curling near by the start point of your hair in stead of the end points (curlers with lid). This will protect the vulnerable part of the hair. Besides, you have the full control of the heat of your curler by the temperature switch at the Twist!

2.3 CAN I ORDER AS A PROFESSIONAL?

2.5 HOW CAN I PAY?

2.6 I HAVE A COUPON CODE. HOW DO I COMPLETE THIS?

You can enter a coupon code in the box provided at the bottom of your order summary in step: 'Check your order.' After completing, do not forget to click 'add' and verify that the code is actually applied. Certain codes only work under certain conditions.

3.2 WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

If you order at workdays before 4:00 PM, your order will be sent the same day and you will have your package already on the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Do you live abroad? Of course, other delivery times apply. See the table below for an overview of estimated delivery times.

3.3 WHICH PACKAGE SERVICE IS SEND MY PACKAGE?

Our packages are provided by DHL. They ensure a safe and prompt delivery of your order. For overseas, the service automatically transfers to TNT.

3.4 WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME IF I BUY PRODUCTS WITH VARIOUS DELIVERIES?

If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, we will not ship your full order until it is completely complete.

3.5 WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For full overview of countries where Max Pro is shipping, see the shipping costs and times below. If you order before 16:00 on working days, your order will be shipped the same. Orders within the Netherlands are shipped DHL. International orders are transferred to TNT at the border. 

4 EXCHANGE & RETURNS
4.1 THE HAIR STYLING TOOL IS NOT REQUIRED

If upon receipt the product is not as desired, you can exchange or return it to Max Pro. Please send us your return shipment (provided with a voucher and a statement of reason) to us by mail: rma@maxprohair.com. Then you will receive our return form.

There are a number of conditions for exchanging or returning your product at Max Pro: The product must be unused and be notified within 14 days of receipt of your package. Returns or exchanges that arrive later will not be processed. Shifts or returns are only accepted if the product is packaged in the original product packaging and is provided with a copy of the receipt / purchase receipt. Without proof, we are unable to process the return. After you sign up for our product with our customer service, you will receive a return form that will help you to return the item.

Packages can be delivered at your own expense at a DHL Service Point. Keep the shipping receipt safe so you can always trace the product. The package falls under your own responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Upon receipt of your return package, you can expect your order again (if in stock) after one or two business days. If you have chosen 'return money'; Within two weeks of receipt, the costs of your order (including delivery costs) will be refunded. This also applies to sale items.

 

4.2 MY HAIR STYLING TOOL IS DEFECT

Is your styling tool defect? Send an email (rma@maxprohair.com) or call +31 (0) 20 261 0907. After purchasing your Max Pro hair styling tool you will have 30 days to sign up for your product for lifetime warranty. This means that we will repair or exchange your product free of charge. If you have not registered, and the purchase of your tool is longer than 2 years ago, you can have the product repaired for an amount of € 29.95- or exchange for a new item.

4.3 CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN 'SALES' PRODUCTS?

Discounted products purchased from the webshop can provide original product packaging and purchase receipt, returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Request a return form at our customer service via our live chat, email (info@maxprohair.com) or call +31 (0) 20 261 0907 

4.4 CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS WHEN I'M NOT FROM THE NETHERLANDS?

5 LIFETIME WARRANTY FORM
5.1 WHERE CAN I REGISTER MY HAIR STYLING TOOL FOR A LIFETIME WARRANTY?

Max Pro offers lifetime warranty on all items. The Lifetime Warranty is valid only if you register your new acquisition within 30 days of purchase and still have a valid purchase receipt including the original Max Pro Pack. After the application, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please enter the warranty form here.

5.2 IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER MY HAIR STYLING TOOL LATER THEN 30 DAYS LISTED?

Since the date on the receipt must match the date on the completed warranty form, it is unfortunately not possible to report your product for the lifetime warranty beyond the stated time limit. The system does not go beyond 30 days in the past.

5.3 HELP! AN ERROR WHEN I SEND THE LIFETIME WARRANTY FORM. WHAT TO DO?

The system does not accept special punctuation marks (for example, an apostrophe). It will display an error if one of these characters has been used in the form. Remove the special punctuation marks from the form and press the 'REGISTER' button again.
