Shipping & Return Policy
All our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a safe and secure shipping method. Read more about our shipping policy under the heading 'shipping'.
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any or all of the products in your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. If the return conditions are met, we will gladly refund you. You can register your return in the form below!
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands with an order value of less than € 30, we charge € 6.95 for shipping costs.
For orders within Belgium with an order value of less than € 50, we charge € 9.95 for shipping costs.
For orders above € 50 euros in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Czech Republic, Vatican City & United Kingdom, no shipping costs will be charged.
For orders with an order value of less than € 50, shipping costs will be charged for these countries. The following shipping rules apply to the other countries:
Free shipping from € 100 euro: Andorra, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Turkey, Sweden & Switzerland.
Free shipping from € 150 euros: Bouvet, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Indonesia, Israel, Kuwait, Malta, North Korea, Ukraine, United States & South Korea.
When do I receive my order?
If you order before 4 p.m. on working days, your order will be shipped the same day and you will receive your package the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Which party delivers my order?
All our orders are shipped to you from the Netherlands with the PostNL parcel service. They ensure safe and fast delivery of your order. For orders placed outside the Netherlands, the carrier is automatically transferred to TNT.
What is the delivery time if I buy items that all have a different delivery time?
If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, we will not ship your entire order until it is complete.

Please note: all products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, sealed and unopened.
Please make sure you choose a suitable cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the contents from being damaged in transit. Arrange a return shipment with a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
How does the return process work?
Complete the form below, including your proof of payment.
One of our service employees will contact you within 48 hours regarding your return. Your ticket will be assessed and a suitable solution will be offered. You send your return including a copy of the completed form to our address (see bottom of the page). We will receive and process your return shipment. One of our service employees will contact you about the return shipment and the further processing of your return shipment.
Are you not satisfied with the product?
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the order.
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the property.
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good.
Of course you are not obliged to inform us about the reason for your decision to return the product, but your feedback can be useful so that we can improve. This can also be done using the form below.
Is the product defective?
If your Max Pro tool contains a technical defect, please contact our customer service using the form below. After purchasing your Max Pro straightener or curling iron, you have 30 days from receipt of the product to sign up for a lifetime warranty. Max Pro offers a two-year warranty on hair dryers, brushes and accessories. If you request the lifetime warranty for your hair straightener or curling iron, this means that we will repair or exchange your product free of charge if it concerns a technical defect. If you have not registered on time or if it is not a technical defect and the product has broken down, you can have the product repaired for an amount of € 29.95 or exchange it for a new item. PLEASE NOTE: We use a fixed rate of €79.95 for the repair service of the NEO Hair Dryer and Infinity Hair Dryer.
The shipping costs are shared. You can hand in the package with the defective tool at your own expense at a PostNL Service Point. We will send you the new or repaired tool for free.
The return process
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive a refund, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us in their original condition, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of the return are for your account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the return of the products in used condition.
Please note: Max Pro offers no warranty on products purchased from websites that offer second-hand products, nor on products purchased from third parties (such as Bol.com Plaza Partners).
