The lifetime warranty is only valid if you register your new product within 30 days of purchase. If you want to make a claim under your warranty, we ask you for a valid proof of purchase/receipt. In addition, the product must have a technical defect. You can only invoke your guarantee if you have purchased the product from an official Max Pro dealer.

Please note: Max Pro does not offer a guarantee on products purchased from Tweedekanje, but it does offer a guarantee on products purchased from third parties (such as bol.com).
